Pale Ale
Our American Pale Ale is generously hopped with Cascade & Centennial for a fruity aroma & a juicy, yet slightly bitter taste. Pale ale malt & a little caramel malt create a tasty, easy drinking pale ale!
ABV: 5.5%
Mr. Winky's Brown Porter
Our GABF Bronze medal winning Porter is made with 8 different malts, noble hops, & lager yeast. Don't be fooled by the dark color, this beer is very smooth & extremely drinkable while also tasting slightly roasty with chocolate notes.
ABV: 7.2%
Marzen
Our German style Oktoberfest has a classic maltiness often described as nutty or bread like. A nice amber lager with noble hops that's great all year round!
ABV: 7%
IPA
Made with Weyermann Pilsner malt with a hint of caramel & was hopped only with East Kent Golding hops. EKG hops are a standard hop for IPAs in England and add a nice earthy, slightly spicy note to the aroma & flavor.
ABV: 6.7%
Honey Bunny
This light amber ale is made with Weyermann Pilsner malt, Gambrinus Honey malt & oats, orange peel, & coriander to create a smooth drinking experience with a subtle sweetness accompanied by a slight spice note. A great beer for anytime of year, it's the bee's knees!
ABV: 6.3%
Golden Guppy
Golden Guppy is made with Belgian Pilsner malt, wheat, oats, coriander, orange peel, & 50 lbs. of Belgian beet sugar. This slightly sweet beer has hints of honey & orange & is very smooth (which hides the alcohol very well). Bunnies beware!
ABV: 10%
Pilsner
Our Czech style Pilsner is made with 100% Weyermann Pilsner malt, noble hops, & Bavarian lager yeast. A crisp & clean beer, this lager has become a staple due to its superior drinkability, light color. & body, & slightly lower ABV.
